Denver, June 1, 2009— Building on the success of their first Home Foreclosure Tours in 2008, 5280 Home Tours has scheduled their second season of Home Foreclosure Tours.  The 2009 schedule will feature up-and-coming neighbourhoods such as Edgewater,  Highland, Englewood and and Littleton.   Tours will be offered monthly.   A collaboration of realtor, appraiser, inspector and mortgage providers, 5280 Home Tours provides investors the opportunity to view pre-screened properties which show special promise as successful investments.
